Privacy Policy
xxxvideo.chat has nothing to log in to, counts no visitors, embeds no advertising code and writes no cookie of its own. Five small things are left, each explained below.
1. Delivery records at Cloudflare
Our pages travel through Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. Whenever a page is fetched, Cloudflare sees the IP address of the request, the country it maps to (and the state for visitors inside the US), the moment of the request, the path and the browser’s technical self-description. Without that, no page could be sent, the regional rules of this site could not be applied and attacks could not be filtered. We never use these records to follow or profile a particular reader. Cloudflare describes its own handling in its privacy statement.
2. Stored age answer
A confirmed age is remembered through one single value in your browser’s local storage: xvc.token, holding the word “handed” plus a timestamp. Its single purpose is to spare you the same question on every page, so it is a technically necessary entry, not a tracker. It counts for 30 days; after that the bar at the top asks again and the value is written anew. The value never leaves your device and is invisible to us; removing this site’s data in your browser settings deletes it.
3. Messages from the contact form
A note consists of a chosen subject, your text and, if you wish, an address for our reply. It is written into a key-value store that belongs to this website’s own Cloudflare account – no mailing platform, form company or captcha vendor ever touches it. Notes are read for two reasons only: so we can write back, and so complaints about rights, data or safety get handled. Every note deletes itself twelve months after arrival; ask us and it goes sooner.
4. Stripchat, the chat provider behind the button
The button on our start pages opens /start, a forwarding address on this site, in a fresh tab; it passes you straight on to Stripchat, a separate company, and stores nothing. No chat window is embedded here and no file is fetched from Stripchat while you read; the first contact happens when you press. What Stripchat then learns – IP address, browser details, camera picture, sound, messages – falls under Stripchat’s rulebook and data policy alone, and none of it is routed through us. For commission purposes the address carries xxxvideo.chat in two spellings plus one word for the device class (iphone, android or desktop), derived during the forwarding from the user-agent string. Neither part points to a person. Visitors in the EU and EEA, the UK and US states with an adult age-verification law get the same link; Stripchat runs its own age check there.
5. Partner links
Each provider link carries a small referral mark naming xxxvideo.chat as the place you came from. After the click, the provider’s privacy terms, prices and age checks are what count.
6. Your rights
Ask, and we tell you which of your data we hold; ask again, and we correct it, delete it or limit its use. Californians hold these rights under the CCPA as changed by the CPRA, and comparable rights flow from privacy statutes in further US states and from European and British data law. Personal information is not sold here, nor shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. Making such a request costs nothing, and your visits continue exactly as before. Use the note form; replies come within 45 days.
7. Minors
This is an adults-only site, and we never set out to learn anything about people under 18. If you believe a note came from a minor, point us to it and it is wiped.
8. Changes
If our data habits shift, the text above is rewritten to match, and the “Last updated” date under the heading follows.
